Our doors are unlocked from 8 am to 8 pm every day. If you would like to have visitors outside of these hours please use the call box.

What is senior residential living?

Senior residential living is a community designed for those 62 and over that desire a worry-free lifestyle and social engagement.

What languages do you speak at Courtenay Springs Village?

At Courtenay Springs Village at least one member of our staff speaks English, Spanish, German, and Filipino.

Is there any private space available to use?

You may reserve the private dining room for any special event with notice. Contact the front office if you would like to reserve this space.

What appliances come with the apartment?

Each residential apartment home has a full kitchen and is equipped with kitchen appliances.

Is the community pet-friendly?

Pets are permitted to visit, and we have specific areas for pets. If you would like a pet-friendly apartment, please contact the leasing office for options and additional fee information.

Do I get an assigned parking spot?

All residents are assigned one parking space. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come basis in non-reserved parking spaces.

Do you have a beauty salon or barbershop?

At Courtenay Springs Village we have a beauty and barbershop. Inquiries about hours, services, fees, and appointments can be made through the front desk.

Is there a telephone in each apartment?

Each apartment is equipped with telephone hookups. Many residents choose to use their mobile phone as their home phone, instead.

Is there access to cable television?

We offer complimentary access to basic cable television for all residents in their apartment homes. Apartments do not come with televisions.

Is wi-fi available in all apartments?

We provide wi-fi in every apartment home in our community.

Are activities provided?

We believe events and activities enrich our resident’s lives and have a powerful impact on one’s general well-being. We create a fun, uplifting environment where our residents can be social, get involved, and enjoy their favorite hobbies and activities.

Is smoking permitted?

For the safety and health of our residents and staff, Courtenay Springs Village is a smoke-free community. We do, however, have designated smoking areas outdoors. Please inquire with the front desk for the location of designated smoking areas.

Who do I talk to about questions in regard to financials, billing, and/or application paperwork?

At Courtenay Springs Village we have a full-time business office manager. Our business office manager will answer any questions you may have regarding financial or billing concerns. To make an appointment with our business office manager, please contact the front desk.

Do you offer transportation services?

We provide scheduled transportation to and from doctor’s visits for our residents (within a 20-mile radius). We also provide transportation for weekly outings, in which our residents can sign up to reserve seating. Please inquire at the front desk for more information.
